Separate from my note about the economic damage done by requiring that all access be closed – having the courts 
legislate a particular technology does further damage by making imposing a horrible user interface that requires 
setting a password in each and every device and requiring these passwords be changed for each venue and each path. You 
can’t just walk into your friend’s house or a library or a restaurant and just be connected. You have to negotiate each 
place again and again.
 
Alas, once again we see the future viewed as a threat not an opportunity.
