"Amtrak said Tuesday that its high-speed Acela service linking Boston, New
York, and Washington, D.C. will continue to operate normally during several
periods of extensive and disruptive repair work at Penn Station this summer.

"The railroad, which owns and operates Penn Station, will take several
tracks at Penn Station out of service for long periods of time to speed up
necessary and critical repair work..."
