msfupdate not working on RH9

I put this in my /etc/cron.daily/msfupdate file -- the key is the
export LANG=C line.

#!/bin/bash
export LANG=C
/usr/local/msf/msfupdate -uma
echo "Metasploit Framework (/usr/local/msf) Updated"
