Hi,

i think we are all beginners when we start to use something...
if i correctly understand your problem, you want to take a 'newexploit.c'/payload and modify it to use it in the MSF 
('newexploit.pm')
 
i think the first thing you have to do is to read the 'exploitTutorial'
you can find it here:
http://www.metasploit.com/projects/Framework/documentation.html#exploitTutorial
and in 'Metasploit Framework\home\framework-2.2\sdk\docs' with the examples

as it seems this question comes often, maybe it could be a great thing if the most familiars with the MSF modules can 
provide some 'How to include the XXXploit in the MSF'.
