smbrelay: framework 3.1 more reliable than 3.2 and 3.3?

I experienced exactly the same behavior, as reported a few days ago on
this list.

It seems that SMB packets of size 0 are exchanged in an infinite loop at
this point.

I suspect a bug in Metasploit's SMB implementation at this point :)
