Add a new auxiliary module to the framework.

Hi to all,
i would add the wmap_dir_webdav_unicode_bypass.rb auxiliaty module to
the framework, after i have cut and paste this  file under the
appropriate directory i don't find it in to the framework.

Any suggestion?
