i am newbee to framework, after did a search on microsoft and found a vulnerability ms 02_001 which is?not in 
framework3.?whereas its provided in source of Ruby by you?people?ms09_001_write.rb @ 6319 . 
?
i want to know how do i add it framework3. 
?
