patch for "sample" meterpreter extension

Hello,

As a learning tool, I wrote a sample meterpreter plugin which implements a
basic "echo" extension. So you can do "load sample" from meterpreter
session and then do "ping -p Hello".

I hope someone finds it useful. I am happy for it to included in trunk
under whatever licence MSF is now.
