Anonymous ftp version of Merit Transition plan

Hi all:

For those who don't do Mosaic or who would like an
ftp'able file set:

        fox.merit.edu:/pub/transition

        Files are:

1) transition.ps
2) transition.txt

Please, please send any comments to merit-ie () merit edu
because I'm taking the day off tommorrow.  It is my birthday
and the office is already painted black in honor of
my birthday.  

It's one of those birthdays!  Don't ask. ;-) ;-)
