Reminder - July 5 config window

Just a reminder.  Due to the US holiday on July 4, the configuration
window normally scheduled for July 5 has been rescheduled for the
morning of July 6.

All configuration requests (NACRs) which have been received by
noon (EDT) on July 4, 1994 will be added to the NSFNET Backbone Service
configuration files on July 6.
