ATM NAP Workshop -- Issues

We are working on the agenda for the second ATM NAP Workshop, to be held
Tues., Dec. 6, in conjunction with the IETF in San Jose.

One of the items we'd like to have on the agenda is a discussion of
issues that are of particular concern for ATM NAPs.  A list of issues
might include:

    Migration from ATM DSUs to integrated ATM adaptors
    Experiences with current ATM DSUs
    Migration to UNI-compatible interfaces
    MTU size; appropriate default, maximum, effects
    Applicable performance metrics, reporting

Are there any glaring omissions?  Comments?
