There is a list that is appropriate for buy and sell ads regarding ISP
equipment and services that ISPs might buy. 

To post an ad send it to isp-services () ispc org

To RECEIVE ads send a message saying

subscribe isp-services Your Name

to listserv () ispc org. Have fun...
