mailing lists for SPAM topic

Here is the summary of SPAM related mailing lists that have been reported
to me since I posted a request for this information. Due to the heavy
level of traffic regarding SPAM, which is off-topic here even though of
interest to most network operators, I have decided to go ahead and post
my summary. Maybe the SPAM thread can migrate to a more appropriate forum.

The list isn't very technical and I'm not finding the content all that
useful.
