Doesn't WANDL do this? I thought it was designed for this purpose but costs
a lot 150K per license.

There is no such list, esp. free. For a LARGE sum of money,
some firms will sell you a best-guess, but I betcha they CYA
themselves but good.

The LERG will not tell you.

Best 1st order: the local white pages and a map.
