Log Analizing tool for Cisco and Juniper router (switch)

Hi,


We want to analize log from Cisco and Juniper Router
and switch periodically.

We have set up a Solaris box to collect all those log
generated by Juniper router ,Cisco Router , cisco
L2/L3 switch. But, we found log file format diverse
greatly even between Cisco products.

Is there any good tool for this?
