In the bottom left corner, there is an escalation matrix based on priority, depending on the issue you can work up the 
chain at a reasonable pace.

We have sent emails to Microsoft AS8075 peeringdb contacts but we have not received any answer yet. Can someone share a 
contact, in unicast, who can answer some issues with the Azure API?
