We are seeing problems from AT&T. We believe it specifically from AT&T
mobile. About 15 to 20% of the calls are one-way audio.

Anyone on the ATT voice side of things able to reach out off list?

We’re seeing inbound call issues from AT&T and firstnet phone numbers
across multiple providers. Outbound calls have no issue.

So far we’ve had no success with normal channels of support.

The calls are dropping after five seconds, but they do initially make it
through and you can have a few seconds of audio if you answer quick enough.
If you don’t answer, you’re get a recorded message that says your call
could not be completed as dialed and then gives an error code of “message
six US01LV”
