We are experiencing an issue on our Zayo ports where you are not

Validated on 4 customer ports in 2 US states.

Facing exactly the same issue, on 2 ports, in NJ. Ticket opened one week
ago, and no one updated it since (except the automatic confirmation).

I've collecting many traces showing that:
 - the L2 link is Ok
 - L3 (IP) is Ok too,
 - Our BGP speakers are not sending any withdraw message, and the BGP
   sessions are kept up.
PacketVis is reporting that our prefixes are disappearing from DFZ.

Any help welcome !

Regards,
Paul
