[NANOG] Outages List AND NTP Pool down

Hard to report an outage to the Outages list when it’s dead…

Anyway, the Outages list is dead at the moment. And likely all the lists hosted at puck.nether.net 
<http://puck.nether.net/>.


Additionally, the primary web site for the NTP Pool, run by Bjorn Ask, is down. The pool itself seems functional for 
NTP purposes, but the web interface is dead.
