I've looked at Akvorado and ElastiFlow. I had issues in getting both of them online, but was able to get ElastiFlow
past the line first, so that's what I went with.

Subject: Traffic Flow Analyzer

Hi Nanog Community

We’re looking for a (open source, free, cost effective) tool that is able to analyze traffic flow coming from a couple
of router interfaces and display capacity utilisation per IP, top talkers, etc.

Thank you in advance for your help

KARIM
