Does Akamai have a geolocation "security" product, if so any contacts for that?

Hello,

Some of our ISP end users have weird problems with certain websites like BestBuy where they won't let the user login 
while they are connected to our network.

Part of our network is eyeballs and part of our network is cloud computing so I imagine that they've tagged everything 
as a bot network and are just rejecting authentication from 'cloud/hosting companies'.

Anyway I can reproduce this issue personally. I think BestBuy uses Akamai so I am guessing they might use Akamai's 
services for this.

If anyone has a contact at Akamai or BestBuy I would really appreciate it.
