Akamai contact | access denied to ups.com

Hello folks,

Are there any kind Akamai contacts that could contact me off list 
relating to random access denied issues reaching ups.com from my 
network? Naturally, I have no idea how to reach someone at UPS that is 
in charge of their web site, but I'll happily take a contact from there 
instead.

We recently started announcing our own address space from our own ASN. I 
don't know if this problem coincides with that, but it's quite possible. 
It's intermittent, however.
