[NANOG] Performance Monitoring Systems

Hi all,

Does anyone have recommendations for a docker image that transmits and
graphs service oam 802.3ag / y.1731 probes?

I'm doing a POC with no budget and just need to generate a packet and graph
the result. It doesn't have to be accurate to any significant degree.
