[NANOG] Netflix OpenConnect cache server request issue

I am having difficulty opening a request with Netflix OpenConnect.  They have an old ticket in their system for our ASN 
and I can't access the portal to close it so I can open a new request.  Can a person from Netflix OpenConnect please 
reach out to me?
