That’s the person from Qualys doing the deep *nix hackers having studied the terrain and put thought into it or TAO 
sneaking about owning microcontrollers in lightbulbs to steal passkey generated session tokens. 

Unfortunately the massively overwhelming proportion of “computer crime” is folk getting robbed on the street who were 
told they were safe.
