I have had excellent luck personally and professionally with both
ipv4.global (for purchases) and ipxo.com (for leases). If you have an ASN
already, you can grab a /24 from there for about $120/mo now, cheaper with
terms.

The following represents solely my own opinion without judgement and
nothing more: personally recommend you google the names of people who have
replied to you already in this thread along with the phrase “afrinic” and
decide if that’s the kind of place you want to tie your business to.
