My soapbox is more like a matchbox, but having your customer use RPKI hosted by ARIN (takes about 10 minutes to set up) 
will get you 80-90% fixed without Spectrum's help.

I have a mutual customer that spectrum has disconnected the service from, but they (spectrum) are still advertising his 
prefixes.  Can someone from spectrum/charter contact me about fixing this?
