I don't understand compute and storage beyond nominal amounts in carrier hotels. That's what suburban, exurban, tier 2 
cities are for. The hyperscalers have been building in corn fields states away from tier 1 markets for a decade.

Sure, Akamai, Cloudflare, Google, etc. probably have large clusters for carrier hotels in tier 1s, but Cermak is a big 
building. They can't use up *THAT* much of it. Also, diversifying to tier 2 markets would probably help a lot not have 
so many eggs in one basket.

They are doing that at 350 E. Cermak. When Hivelocity abandoned Chicago,
they rushed everyone out of Suite 240. They are going to gut it and rebuild.

Is anyone else having problems not getting renewed in Digital Realty
Facilities. We had the same customer not get renewed in Frankfurth last year
and now in Ashburn this week. They are clearing out suites to lease to
hyperscale customers.

I totally understand the business decision on their side, but I think this
will become more common place in the future.
