Looking for third-party IXIA XG12 repair resources

Hello,

I'm looking for an independent repair resource for an IXIA XG12 chassis. Keysight won't service it without a support 
contract. Has anyone had good experiences with a third-party repair shop or former IXIA engineer?

Hoping somebody has a suggestion
