Call for Presentations (CFP) LAC-PF 2026

*1. Introduction*The *Latin American and Caribbean Peering Forum (LAC-PF)* will hold its next edition on *May 11, 2026*, as part of *LACNIC 45*, in the city of *Guadalajara, Mexico*.
The objective of LAC-PF is to *promote and provide collaborative spaces* on topics related to *network interconnection*, including Internet Exchange Points (IXPs), CDNs, transport capacity, data centers, and new technologies, among others.
The event will have a *limited duration*, and part of the available time will be dedicated to *on-site presentations lasting between 15 and 30 minutes*. For this reason, the *LAC-PF 2026 Program Committee* invites the community to submit proposals to be considered for presentation during the event.

The presentation selection process will follow the schedule below:

*4. Submission Conditions*
* Accepted languages are:
o Spanish,
o English,
o Portuguese.
* Submissions must be provided in one of the following formats:
o text,
o HTML,
o Word,
o or PDF/(scanned documents will not be accepted)./
* The submission may:
o be accompanied by an article, or
o consist solely of the presentation.

*5. Submission of Proposals*
Interested participants must submit their *abstract* within the
established deadlines using the following link:

This link directs to the *Indico* system. Before submitting an abstract, authors must create a user account if they do not already have one.
*Required information:* * Full title of the presentation. * Extended abstract of *200 to 300 words*, with an *absolute maximum of 500 words.* * Name(s) of the author(s).The Program Committee may, at its discretion, request additional or complementary information:
* Organization(s) the author(s) belong to or represent.
* Photo and short bio of the author(s)/(for presentation purposes)./
* Type of presentation:
o Lightning Talk, or
o Full Presentation.
The *Program Committee* will evaluate and select the submissions and
will notify the authors of the accepted presentations so they may submit
their final presentation materials.
