Yes we are doing it, and yes we wouldn't stop doing it. But we are in addition offering prefix-list filtering today, to offer some cover to those, who are not worthy of peerlock. And can I stop doing that?
Mind, this is not rhetorical question. I want answers from Nanog. Are you comfortable for your tier1 to stop honoring AS-SET? Is it fine that AS-SET violating customer advertises your prefix to us, and we propagate it? Rare enough occurrence that is not worth the complexity of honouring AS-SET? Because if you are, I'll happily stop honouring it, saves me lot of ache. -- ++ytti _______________________________________________ NANOG mailing list https://lists.nanog.org/archives/list/nanog () lists nanog org/message/IO7FAWSRZIYPJOSHJERLKDHCDV7NA6BM/
