Hi.

We have been using Marc Huber's tac_plus(now legacy and superseded by
tac_plus-ng) for years. For example, it supports PCRE for command
authorization, flexible logging, and external MAVIS backend modules
written in any language for authentication and authorization.
Documentation is comprehensive and mailing list is active. We have
linked Cisco, Juniper, Infinera and Fortinet devices with it.
