Our updates are pushed within 24 to 48 hours, provided they pass our automated verification checks. If the verification 
checks fail, you can request a deeper investigation.

We are not the poster child of the IP geolocation service industry. We are more frustrated than you are about the IP 
geolocation industry. We are trying to be responsible with our data, but not only do some enterprise organizations 
default to legacy providers, but because we are a very public company, we bear the brunt of end users' complaints about 
industry faults.

We strive to do well and not accept industry faults. We have a great support team, and I act as the "account manager" 
for everyone impacted by our data. You do not have to pay us or anything. Just talk to us if there is any issue.
