Intention & desire for NBNOG (or ATLNOG) -- Canada

Hello fellow eliminated from the world cup continent folks,

I'm writing to you today to express my interest in the existence of 
NBNOG (New Brunswick Network Operators Group) or ATLNOG (Atlantic Canada 
Network Operators Group). Although I'm the founder of TORNOG, I was 
actually born & raised in New Brunswick, which is just north of New 
England. Therefore, I feel I have a stake in helping get this specific 
Provinces NOG off the ground.

When I was recently visiting, I met with an old friend to discuss the 
feasibility of this venture. It seems like there is not only a healthy 
tech scene in NB, but also in Atlantic Canada...

So I'm curious to hear what the community thinks.... should NBNOG be a 
thing? Or should it be more centered around Halifax, like DevOpsDays 
Halifax, for regional reach?

If you've always wanted a NOG in the Atlantic Provinces, but needed 
support, I will be your Majordomo. Please reach out because I'll be 
there in August & September and I'd be very happy to meet.
