Looking for Akamai peering guru with a clue ...

Akamai keeps bugging us that our PNI is down, but it's not.

The IPs they send for us are incorrect; the AS number is incorrect.

I've explained this three times now to no avail. I get asked for the 
same information over and over, even though it's already in the ticket.

I just got a fourth request asking that we look into this PNI that has 
been up without incident for 170+ days.

Could someone please reach out to me off-list?
