Google PNI Issue

Late last year, Google requested we upgrade our 10G PNI at Equinix CH1 to 100G.

We've had everything ready on our end since February.  They've turned 
down the 10G, but we're caught in ticket hell with them since then to 
get the 100G up.

We're now 13 days since the last response on our ticket, and my 
Netops team is at a loss as to what to do next.

Suggestions?
