I've seen generalized service charges of $1-2/month depending on size or provider - service dependent of course. 

I've seen entire blocks in the $150/mo range or so for /24 if we're talking just a block delegation, though higher and 
lower of course as well.

That's around the ranges I've seen this year.

I didn't want to de-rail the other thread, but it did bring up a question.  What are people currently charging for IPv4 
addresses?  Especially larger allocations to businesses / enterprise customers (/26 - /23 range).
 
We've had several larger business customers, etc. recently requesting some large blocks and we're trying to figure out 
a realistic price.
