Win 95 + NMAP 3.30

I am trying to scan the machines at work for a possible trojan but i am getting the following error.

I have the most up to date Version of both NMAP and WINPCAP. no matter what command i use to start NMAP it still falls 
over.
It is probably this windows 95 install as i am guessing it is terribly faulty!
