nmap crashing host system

Hi,

    I'm running nmap-3.75 on windows xp-sp2 with 10.10.0.0/16. nmap is crashing the system on which it is running. It 
is happening randomly after running nmap for multiple times for large range say /19 or /16. Please let me know if 
anyone has faced such problem. Is there a way to debug this problem? I'm using winpcap-3.0. I am looking for a tool or 
method through which I can trace the crash to the code in the nmap. Currently after the machine crashed I have no way 
to investigate what had happened just before crash. Any help or ideas would be highly appreciated.
