Re: nmap 3.81 on windows 2000 errors

Does normal IP work (e.g. can you ping that address)  over that 
interface?  SIO_ROUTING_INTERFACE_QUERY is a standard ioctl, and it has 
nothing to do with winpcap or raw packet io.
