nmap-sharp-0.4 released

Hi,

I released nmap-sharp-0.4. This version is going to be presented on a
school project.

Release Notes:

Tested in windows, the same exe (binary) should work in Windows and
Linux. To achieve this I had to remove some gnome stuff.
The startup was improved and memory usage is about 15M.

To run in windows all you need is .NET runtime and gtksharp runtime
which can be downloaded from
http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfmod/project/?gtks-inst4win

For Linux mono and gtksharp-1.9.x are required.
