TCP Sequence Prediction parameter not getting while using NMAP 4.11

Hi,
   
  We have tried to use NMAP 4.11 for windows and Linux PCs connected through LAN. While using we are getting  PORT 
State, but we are not getting the 6 special parameters. Our main interest is to get TCP Sequence Prediction, which we 
are not getting though we have tried for different combinations.
   
  Request to help as soon as possible.
