nmap-cgi 1.0 release

Hi everybody,

The first stable version (1.0) of the nmap-cgi program was released.
The nmap-cgi program is a web-app scanner which use nmap. It runs on all
unix machines that runs perl. It has a lot of interesting features and
supports most used options of nmap (like -sV, -sU, ...). You can visit the
homepage to get more informations.
