Amit,

Glad to see more people working on XML stuff. 

My project called, PBNJ uses XML to track the changes that occur over
time by storing them in a database. It also have an alerting
system to show you the latest changes, which can be emailed to
you in an automated way.

Also, I package Nmap::Parser and PBNJ for Debian, Ubuntu(feisty),
FreeBSD, Gentoo and they are both included in nUbuntu and
Backtrack. There is also a Redhat package on the way.
