A few windows changes

hey all,

Over the past couple of days I have coded some windows fixes/updates

1) Added more information (publisher/version etc.) to nmap.exe and
NmapInstaller.exe. I am going to try and find a way to automatically
update the version number across different binaries/files

2) Nmap is now displayed in add/remove programs. Could this cause any
problems? (permissions?)

3) Updated winpcap to version 4.0. I have tested this on XP but if any
one is using 2k/2k3/vista it would be great if you could try it out.

All available in SVN at nmap-exp/soc07
