Dumb question about NSE

       Pardon the dumb question but I started playing around with
4.21Alpha 4 and wanted to see the new scripting engine in action.  I
noticed that during a version detection scan nmap will look for the
/scripts directory for version detection scripts.  I noticed that the
Windows .zip binary release did not include any of the scripts.  Is this
deliberate or is this a mistake.
