So, I don't think it's a problem just referring to another license and
adopting its terms by reference as long as the other contract is clearly
referenced and easy to find and read.

If Fyodor gives it an OK, then I'll change mine over to it (and hopefully
the other guys will do the same for consistency).  If Fyodor is iffy about
it, then I don't want to change it.
