I'd like to see more debugging for NSE to help with writing scripts,
I'd
like to see debugging output along the lines of Lionel Cons suggestion
[1] for stdnse.print_debug(), but also for --script-trace output.

I would be very grateful if you comment on the NSE debugger :)

Hello,

I've taken the freedom and added a new feature to NSE - a command
line
debugger for scripts.

The debugger is loaded by adding the --script-debug flag on the
command line. You set breakpoints like this:

Can you move this to an nmap-exp branch (or send a patch) so people
can test and try it out first? I don't think we should just add huge
features to the trunk that have never been discussed on the list.

I moved the debugger to svn://svn.insecure.org/nmap-exp/diman so if
you want to try it, you need to get these sources instead of trunk.

</snip>

cheers,
Diman
