Script scan error

I'm running mandriva linux and when using script scanning i get the error
message

LUA INTERPRETER in nse_init.cc:763: error loading module 'bit' from file
'/usr/libexec/nmap/nselib-bin/bit.so':
        /usr/libexec/nmap/nselib-bin/bit.so: undefined symbol:
lua_pushnumber
SCRIPT ENGINE: Aborting script scan.

Just thought i'd put that on the table for people, do we have a bug or was
it just poorly installed, i did a normal installation.
